Built around your industry
Wholesalers and distributors receiving repeat customer orders by email, PDF or spreadsheet and manually entering them into an order system.
Customers order in their own formats. A purchase order can use an old product code, a customer nickname or an ambiguous pack size. Staff need to match the customer, interpret each line and check the result before entering an order. An extraction that looks neat but silently guesses the wrong item creates more work. A useful intake workflow makes those uncertainties easy to see.

Paperless-ngx keeps the source documents, ERPNext provides customer and product records, and n8n connects the intake process. Together they form a base for building order entry that fits your customers and catalogue.
An example application
For example, an incoming purchase order could be archived in Paperless-ngx, then passed through n8n for product-code checks before an ERPNext order is prepared for review. Uncertain lines can stay with a person.
Adapt the intake to the document formats and customer references you receive. Product matching, extraction and checks against your existing stock system need configuration for your business.
